Coaching Packages

You can call me for a free consultation to assess whether I am the right person for you to work with. We work with a wide range of skills and techniques incorporating the spiritual aspect of you if that is appropriate to you. The work is a deep exploration of yourself to discover the true essence of who you are, what you want to achieve in your life! start believing in you, reach out and become all that you where created to be!!!

Holding the Vision

As it says we address the goal or vision as a starting point from which to move forward, addressing specific issues enabling huge changes to take place almost without realising it! A manual and Cd are included in the package plus email contact.

Staying Focused

Addresses specific areas for change, the main focus being on what is your life purpose and how to achieve it. It's important to have a commitment over time as the real results only come from your dedication and implementation.

5 full hour sessions £350  

Reach Your Full Potential Package

7 weekly sessions, as it says we explore all areas of your life, what you want to change, what is holding you back, what you want to achieve and what the blocks are. The continuity involved also allows healing of all kind to take place.

Spiritual Development Package

7 weekly sessions to enhance and develop your spiritual awareness and understanding. An information booklet and a CD is also provided.

Email access is available in between sessions, and short telephone calls to deal with immediate situations. Handouts, manuals and CD's are also included.

At the end of the package, we have a review of what we have achieved, and discuss the continuation of the work in terms of personal progress.
